Practices are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm – 7:45pm
Students enjoy a fun field season of strength and conditioning which is important in track and field and in all sports because the fittest and most prepared athletes are always going to win. Track and Field improves many aspects of fitness such as speed, balance, power, acceleration, and endurance.

- Black Practice Shorts
- Blank Maroon Practice
- Track Shoes
- MVA ID – Not Needed to Practice (DC Residence will have a different ID)
- Practice Uniform
- Game Uniform (Must be turned in at the end of the season)
- More gifts as donated by parents, coaches and/or the club
