Soccer brings about great heath benefits and is good for maintaining heath, fitness and endurance.  Soccer can lower body fat and increase aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health.  Soccer promotes teamwork and sharing, increases confidence and self-esteem and increases the skill in concentration, persistence and self-discipline .

What’s Required: You can get the following items at Models “Say You’re with the PG Bears”. 

  • Soccer Cleats
  • MVA ID – Not Needed to practice
  • Black Shorts
  • Maroon T-shirt/top
  • Soccer Shin Guards

Students Get

  • Soccer Uniform (Must be turned back in at the end of the season.)
